- Recruiting and nurturing quality campaign organizers on a consistent monthly basis.
- Coordinating between marketing and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely media creation, and optimal distribution strategies.
- Develop and manage a repeatable campaign funnel for onboarding, engagement, promotion, and completion.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard campaign organizers with strong community influence or alignment with key cause areas:
- Emergency relief
- Poverty alleviation
- Women's education
- Financial assistance
- Ensure organizers receive training and guidance on campaign promotion, including social media best practices.
- Monitor campaign analytics (traffic, conversions, engagement) and provide performance reports.
- Work with marketing to create tailored promotional strategies for high-potential campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics, proof-of-delivery, and timely updates for donors.
- Create and maintain a culture of responsiveness with organizers to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Use productivity tools (e.g., Notion) for tracking campaigns and workflow management.
- Educate the community about the Aseel products.
- Oversee transparent fund management, ensuring secure collection, holding, and disbursement aligned with campaign goals.
- Rapidly deploy and manage emergency crowdfunding campaigns during crises or disasters.
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign coordinators, marketing, and support staff, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
- Utilize technology and analytics tools to track campaign performance and suggest improvements to scale the platform efficiently.
- Drive technology product scaling efforts, collaborating with development and marketing teams to expand platform capabilities and user adoption.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis including donor engagement, fund utilization, and beneficiary feedback to inform future campaigns.
- Monthly organizer recruitment target achieved.
- Increased campaign completion rate (from launch to full funding).
- Improved average funding amount per campaign through better promotion and engagement.
- Securing a set number of influential or high-profile campaign leaders per quarter.
- Monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Proven experience in campaign management, fundraising, sales, or community management.
- Understanding of sales funnels and digital campaign lifecycles.
- Understanding of technology products and its scaling.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work with analytics tools and interpret performance data.
- Familiarity with productivity/project management tools (Notion, Calendar Mgmt, Meeting tools, communication tools, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in humanitarian or nonprofit fundraising.
- Understanding of Afghan causes or diaspora networks.
- Ability to coordinate or create campaign media content.
