The architectural and structural design and construction supervision of Gulbahar Plaza as a new commercial residential complex at the Airport Main Road in Microyan Destrict, in Kabul-Afghanistan.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Software Engineer to oversee the development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions with a strong focus on financial platforms, ERP systems, LMS (like Canvas), and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, enterprise database management, and system architecture. This is a critical leadership role, responsible not only for managing code and architecture, but also for aligning technology with business goals across financial and educational operations.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of modular and scalable software solutions across cloud, ERP, and finance platforms.
Oversee the technical delivery of ERP customization, LMS (Canvas, Module, blackboard) configuration, and integrated financial systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Design secure and optimized relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) to support financial transactions and reporting.
Build and deploy cloud-native applications and infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and system automation.
Supervise code quality, enforce development standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Ensure the security and integrity of financial data by implementing encryption, role-based access, and compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS or GDPR.
Drive technical documentation, deployment manuals, and system design blueprints.
Interface with stakeholders across finance, administration, and IT to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python , JavaScript, SQL, and shell scripting.Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and RESTful integration.Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and data warehousing concepts.Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Working knowledge of network security, IAM, and cloud-based backup solutions.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to mentor technical staff and build team capacity.Excellent documentation and presentation skillsJob Requirements:Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, systems integration, and enterprise application development.Proven experience leading software teams and architecting robust platforms.Direct hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, Canvas LMS, or equivalent systems.Solid background in financial application development including accounting modules, budgeting tools, and reporting dashboards.Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud (minimum 3 years).Submission Guideline:Thank you for your interest in applying for the vacant position.
