- To present and promote the companies a range of pharmaceutical products to hospital, specialist centres clinics and pharmacies.
- Foster strong relationship with specialists, doctors, and nurses to encourage the use of company's products.
- Build close ties with the decision-makers of main hospitals/pharmacies/clinics to ensure a continue usage of company's products.
- Service existing clients and expand territory by creating new accounts.
- Analyze market trends to come up with creative methods to generate greater sales.
- Visit prospect clients to present and make negotiations about the featured product.
- Sell and give samples to prospect clients.
- Inform clients about the product's price, warranty, nutritional value, side effects, and other important information.
- Make a routine visit to different hospitals and community centers to present the products.
- Make presentations to clients.
- Arrange orders and reservations ordered products.
- Plan, organize and execute product presentation to physicians and pharmacists regarding the therapeutic use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits;
- Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory and identify appropriate counter strategy.
- Attain assigned sales, prescription and market share goal
- Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff e.g. receptionists;
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
- Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
- Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
- Must be a graduate of Pharmacy and hold relevant license
- Must have at least 1-3 years experience in selling medical products and equipments.
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Must have wide knowledge in pharmaceutical.
- Ability to sell and persuade people
- Knowledge in basic medicinal treatments and apparatus
- Must have knowledge in basic marketing strategies.
- Must have good communications skills
- Willing to go and be assigned in far places.
- Can make good presentations.
- Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
