  • To present and promote the companies a range of pharmaceutical products to hospital, specialist centres clinics and pharmacies.
  • Foster strong relationship with specialists, doctors, and nurses to encourage the use of company's products.
  • Build close ties with the decision-makers of main hospitals/pharmacies/clinics to ensure a continue usage of company's products.
  • Service existing clients and expand territory by creating new accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to come up with creative methods to generate greater sales.
Responsibilities
  • Visit prospect clients to present and make negotiations about the featured product.
  • Sell and give samples to prospect clients.
  • Inform clients about the product's price, warranty, nutritional value, side effects, and other important information.
  • Make a routine visit to different hospitals and community centers to present the products.
  • Make presentations to clients.
  • Arrange orders and reservations ordered products.
  • Plan, organize and execute product presentation to physicians and pharmacists regarding the therapeutic use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits;
  • Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory and identify appropriate counter strategy.
  • Attain assigned sales, prescription and market share goal
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff e.g. receptionists;
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
  • Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of Pharmacy and hold relevant license
  • Must have at least 1-3 years experience in selling medical products and equipments.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Must have wide knowledge in pharmaceutical.
  • Ability to sell and persuade people
  • Knowledge in basic medicinal treatments and apparatus
  • Must have knowledge in basic marketing strategies.
  • Must have good communications skills
  • Willing to go and be assigned in far places.
  • Can make good presentations.
  • Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
