- Handle daily sales operations: respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on payments.
- Build and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with contractors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Record every lead, meeting, and deal stage in the CRM; keep pipeline data 100 % current.
- Negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms to meet monthly revenue and margin goals.
- Provide prompt after-sales service, coordinate with logistics, and secure on-time collections.
- Create and execute a 12-month marketing calendar aligned with product launches and tender cycles.
- Plan, schedule, and post daily social-media content (text, images, reels) on WhatsApp Business, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram.
- Launch and optimise paid-ad campaigns on Meta and Google; manage budgets, A/B tests, and retargeting audiences.
- Write and distribute a monthly email newsletter; track open and click-through rates.
- Keep the company website updated; coordinate basic SEO (keywords, meta descriptions, backlinks).
- Produce marketing collateral: brochures, data sheets, flyers, case studies, and short product-demo videos.
- Conduct market and competitor research; present quarterly insight reports.
- Organise or attend trade shows, expos, and customer demo days; arrange booth logistics and lead capture.
- Build a library of customer testimonials and project photos for proposals and social channels.
- Monitor and report weekly on marketing KPIs: reach, engagement, cost-per-lead, lead-to-MQL conversion, and campaign ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency in all content by following company style and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (strong experience may substitute).
- 2-4 years combined experience in sales and digital marketing (electrical or industrial products preferred).
- Fluency in Dari/Farsi and professional English (writing & speaking).
- Proven daily user of social-media platforms plus working knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Excel, Canva or basic Photoshop, and familiarity with a CRM system (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, ethical conduct, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
- Advantageous: valid driving license, willingness to travel inside Afghanistan, and basic knowledge of cables or electrical supplies.
