Conducts inflow performance analysis, designs and improves artificial lift systems (ESPs, gas lift, PCPs, hydraulic pumps, sucker rod pumps), and ensures compliance with industry standards. Prepares regular activity reports, resolves technical issues, and continuously enhances professional skills.Duties & Responsibilities1. Work closely with the exploration and drilling teams to create and implement plans for efficiently producing oil and gas from wells.2. Coordinate with all phases of drilling, completion and production operations throughout the life cycle of a wellbore3. Work with completion (Drilling) engineers to design completion systems and stimulation techniques to maximize the production, help in workover well operations designing to improve production.4. Lead and manage the production operations, including overseeing the implementation of production processes and procedures.5. Develop and implement plans for the optimization of production processes6. Analyze and evaluate production data to identify areas for improvement7. Provide technical support to production and drilling teams8. Improve the efficiency of oil production by using techniques such as the injection of water or gas to maintain the pressure in the reservoirs9. Perform Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) analysis between the flowing pressure and production rate.10. Design or choose facilities (different Plants) for separation of oil, gas and water, and coordinate installation with field construction operations.11. Designing and optimizing artificial lift systems to increase production rates. This involves working with sucker rod pumps, gas lifts, ESPs, PCPs, and hydraulic pumps.12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards13. Provide regular reports on production activities and recommend changes to improve efficiency and profitability14.
