
Livelihood Supervisor (Only Female) (Re Announced)

- In collaboration with MEAL department conduct needs and market assessments to determine community needs and prevalent profitable livelihood activities.
- In collaboration with protection and health unit, receive referral of beneficiaries for livelihood interventions and verify whether the cases meet the agreed eligibility criteria.
- Identification and selection of livelihood/vocational trainers.
- Conduct assessments to collect beneficiary data for livelihood eligibility and referral databases.
- Undertake field visits to monitor and assess livelihood activities implementation and make sure that activities are running smoothly.
- Confirm beneficiary and trainer attendance in livelihood trainings.
- Collect relevant data for tracking activity implementation progress and required indicators.
- Collect, analyse, and report data on program activities, outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned and generate required reports.
- Compile and develop livelihood start-up and work kits BOQs according to the type of training.
- Together with Project Manager/Program Manager plan and distribute livelihood start-up kits, transportation and refreshment costs, graduation certificates, training materials, etc.
- Identification, selection and verification of beneficiaries for cash assistance.
- Together with Project Manager/Program Manager plan and distribute cash assistance.
- BSc. Economics, Business administration, Development or any related fields. A master's degree in related areas is a strong asset.
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience in Livelihood projects, Economic Recovery and Market System (ERMS), Cash and Voucher Assistance, or any other related fields.
- Experience working with International and national NGOs (minimum 2-3 years)
- Excellent time management skills and resourcefulness with attention to details.
- Proven staff training skills and capacities in adapting trainings curricula.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Computer literacy in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.)
- Comply with all relevant INTERSOS policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in reports and respond to feedback.
- Ability to work under pressure and with flexibility.
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight at service delivery point and in the field.
- English and local languages including Pashto and Dari are mandatory.
