- Assist women and girls coming to PSCCs that require support and assistance.
- Provide Psychological first aid and psychosocial support to clients and link them to other services available at PSCCs, such as PSS case management and medical services.
- Refer clients to case workers, as relevant
- Facilitate emotional support groups and activities at PSCC.
- Coordinate with in charge and PSS counselor and provide them support in tasks related to PSCCs.
- Provide supportive information to clients and guide them as per defined guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist Psychosocial Counseling Centers(PSCC) in charge of providing comprehensive assistance to PSS/ Survivors.
- Provide information and awareness raising on PSCCs services to women inside hospital on need basis.
- Perform any other project related duty assigned by Psychosocial Counseling Centers (PSCC) In charge
- Assist the Provincial Technical officer and other management staff in tasks as required.
- Maintain data entry registers and other information per organization requirements on already developed tools.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all data collection/entry related tasks in PSCC.
- Keep all the information confidential and protect clients from further harm by following the guiding principles.
- Work closely with other staff members to build a professional team
- Provide and submit reports to psychosocial Counseling Centers (PSCC) in charge/Technical officer and other seniors.
- Perform any project related tasks assigned by supervisors
- Keep the Database (tracking system) correct and provide accurate for project M&E office/Department.
- Support collecting and analyzing sex - and age-disaggregated data at PSCCs.
- Provide information on available services for women and girls and clients and support them by linking them with other non - protection services.
- Bachelor's degrees in social science and related backgrounds are preferable.
- At least 3 years' experience in the same field as in experience with NGOs/INGOs.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS- Office Package.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with women and girls and protection services in the field.
- Fluent in Dari/ Pashto and have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
