Each generation has passed down their knowledge, skills, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate accounting operations, and supporting production cost tracking using QuickBooks and/or Odoo ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the company's accounting system using QuickBooks and/or Odoo ERP, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Record daily financial activities including purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Perform regular bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure completeness of all accounts.
Monitor inventory transactions in coordination with production and warehouse teams.
Track and control production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Support cost analysis and assist management in evaluating production efficiency and profitability.
Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and reports.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and applicable tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Job RequirementsQualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
ACCA (partially or fully qualified preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory and asset control systems.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Odoo ERP systems.
Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
