Senior Finance Officer

• Monitor financial performance and highlight variances
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and records
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets
• Monitor budget utilization and control costs
• Develop financial forecasts and projections
• Recommend cost-saving measures

• Supervise daily accounting activities (AP/AR, general ledger)
• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards

• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Ensure sufficient funds for operations
• Oversee bank transactions and reconciliations
• Manage payments, collections, and liquidity

• Prepare audit documentation and resolve audit findings
• Implement internal controls and risk management practices

• Supervise and guide junior finance/accounting staff
• Assign tasks and review team performance
• Provide training and support to improve team efficiency

• Oversee use of accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
• Ensure proper data entry and system accuracy
• Improve financial processes through automation and control

• Assist senior management in financial planning and strategy
• Conduct financial analysis for new projects or investments
• Support business growth and profitability initiatives

• 9. Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Monitor internal controls to prevent fraud or errors ·

• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
