- Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, CCTV, and telephony issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office applications.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, emails (e.g., Outlook, Exchange Online), and ensure access permissions.
- Maintain records of user requests, incidents, and solutions.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other ICT equipment.
- Ensure antivirus, patches, and system updates are applied regularly.
- Maintain ICT asset inventory (laptops, phones, IP devices, etc.).
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and support VPN setup for remote users.
- Support in firewall, routing, switching, and bandwidth management.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVR/DVR).
- Ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval of CCTV footage.
- Provide first-level support for PBX systems (Panasonic, Cisco, or others) and troubleshoot extension/line issues.
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of VoIP phone systems (IP phones, softphones, SIP/VoIP servers).
- Coordinate with service providers/vendors for advanced support when required.
- Support in daily/weekly data backup processes and test restores.
- Ensure secure handling of organizational data and ICT resources.
- Assist in implementing ICT security measures (antivirus, access control, firewalls).
- Provide training and orientation to staff on ICT equipment, applications, and security best practices.
- Assist Senior ICT Officer in implementing ICT projects.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ICT support or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, PBX, Networking is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and wireless networking.
- Understanding of CCTV camera installation, DVR/NVR configuration, and remote viewing.
- Familiarity with PBX systems (Panasonic, Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, etc.) and VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323).
- Skills in managing backups, antivirus, and ICT security practices.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in [English + Local languages].
