- Develops the project's annual workplan and performance framework by province and disease component aligned with approved grant documents.
- Coordinates Z-grant implementation with ANPASH, NTP, MVDP, and other MoPH departments (AFDA, CBHC, CPHL, CMS, GFCU, HMIS, and M&E).
- Coordinates grant activities with BPHS provincial offices and ensures their active involvement in implementation.
- Ensures compliance of all Z-grant interventions and activities with UNDP and MoPH rules and SR policies.
- Reviews programmatic and financial documents routinely to ensure timely and proper implementation of activities.
- Facilitates quarterly meetings in Kabul and ad-hoc virtual meetings with project staff at central and provincial levels.
- Prepares programmatic reports using agreed templates and submits them to UNDP with required supporting documents.
- Develops and submits annual and final project reports according to agreed templates and timelines.
- Supports preparation of FACE forms with finance colleagues in compliance with UNDP rules and ensures timely submission.
- Participates in grant-related meetings with national stakeholders.
- Oversees and monitors grant implementation according to the approved workplan in coordination with UNDP and MoPH teams.
- Reviews and analyses program data (HIV, TB, malaria) regularly to identify gaps and implements corrective actions.
- Ensures proper use of grant assets and shares regular status reports with UNDP.
- Supports provincial focal points in implementation and coordination with stakeholders at the provincial level.
- Liaises and coordinates component-specific activities with UNDP program specialists, analysts, and MoPH departments.
- Supports procurement processes and office supply management in line with organizational policies.
- Facilitates regular supply of commodities to project sites and prepares timely stock and consumption reports.
- Supports organization and delivery of training activities in coordination with UNDP and MoPH at national and provincial levels.
