A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or a related field is required; preference will be given to candidates.
Relevant certifications in business development, marketing, and management are a plus.
A minimum of two years' management experience in a corporate environment.
Transformational leadership that motivates, inspires, and empowers teams.
Strong awareness of market trends, shifts, and future projections.
Proven ability to drive innovation and implement change.
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to gain buy-in from senior management.
Proficient in computer applications and familiar with web-based marketing and social media.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-driven, committed to success while maintaining integrity.
Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
