- Conduct training sessions for outreach midwives and facility staff on maternal and reproductive health approaches and proper use of related commodities.
- Support health facilities in the effective utilization and management of reproductive health commodities and ensure timely coordination of supplies.
- Facilitate collaboration with hospitals and clinics, including support for MoU implementation and follow-up on agreed activities.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to partner facilities to assess service delivery, performance, and supply needs.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports for management, stakeholders, and donors.
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, protocols, and quality standards across partner facilities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff to strengthen service delivery and client care.
- Collect feedback from facilities and stakeholders to support continuous improvement of services.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Midwifery/Nursing from a recognized and accredited institute or university
- Additional diplomas or certifications in project management, health program management, or administration will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with NGOs or health sector projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with health facility staff and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of project coordination, training facilitation, and reporting is required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a challenging field environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English (both written and spoken)
