In early 2015, Naqdina introduced its Mobile e-Top Up service, which allows users to purchase airtime from five telecom providers through a single SIM card, using USSD and SMS services, as well as through dedicated Android and iOS mobile applications.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Officer is responsible for introducing Naqdina's M2U/Ecommerce system services and conducting field marketing activities across cities and provinces. The role includes registering customers, distributing electronic cards and promotional materials, and educating users on how to use the platform. The employee also collaborates with the digital marketing team in campaign execution and promotes digital services. Responsibilities include providing regular reports, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting service expansion into new areas. Additionally, the role involves collecting customer feedback, suggesting improvements, and performing other tasks assigned by management, including teamwork and support duties.Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of digital, financial, or telecommunication services, especially M2U and Ecommerce system
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other marketing staff
Honesty, commitment, and high motivation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with marketing
Basic understanding of the market and competitors
Willingness to travel to provinces and communicate with vendors
Responsibility, discipline, and strong work ethic
Ability to speak Dari and Pashto
Ability to ride a motorcycle
At least completion of 9th grade; full literacy in reading and writing
