- Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our clinical laboratory services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional image for the laboratory in the market.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team members in cooperation with the HR department.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling laboratory services to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage the CRM database of the laboratory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven 4 years of experience in sales and marketing especially within the healthcare industry, with a focus on clinical laboratory services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales and marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
- Strong knowledge and experience in using analytical tools and apps.
