- Develop and oversee the recruitment process.
- Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates.
- Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed properly.
- Oversee all staff engagement for the head office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
- Compliance and Record-keeping
- Manage time clocking system for the office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Prepare the monthly attendance report and submit to finance department for payroll processing.
- Follow up with projects regarding all HR related issues.
- Follow up with site admin assistant for preparing the monthly attendance sheets on time.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met.
- Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
- Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor and HR Manual.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
- Employee Relations.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or public administration with specialization in the field of Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience in the field of human resources.
- Ability to work with management to assess complex issues pragmatically.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
- Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
