To work with cooperative attitude to keep the link and integrate the TSFP Nutrition activities with BPHS activities in accordance to the national standards at health facility, district and province level
To develop short-term implementation plans (weekly and monthly) according to project work plan.
To develop monthly supervision plan and act accordingly.
To conduct trainings for project related staff base on project training plan, and provide on the job trainings for project related staff.
To establish and maintain a proper filing system for the projects documents.
To ensure effectiveness of supervisions and proper stock management in the SDPs and giving feedbacks.
To report any technical and non-technical problem within the project implementation and make logical suggestion for the improvement of the program to main office
To attend meetings related to the TSFP project in the provincial level
To implement decisions made in the meeting in coordination with other departments.
To prepare and submit the corrective action plans versus the monitoring findings of the WFP monitors from SDPs, in due time and following up.
To ensure implementation of national policies, strategies and protocols related to nutrition in the project activities
To develop and maintain relation with provincial nutrition referral centers, BPHS health facilities and communities
To do whatever related job delegated by the Nutrition coordinator.
Job Requirements:1. To Have MD degree or Midlevel health worker graduated from a well-known institute2. To have at least three years of work experience in implementation of nutrition program3. Knowledge of English and local languages and basic computer skill4. Interpersonal and managerial and conflict resolution skills5.
