- Assist the Project Manager in overall planning, execution, and tracking of project activities in line with the approved work plan.
- Ensure that project activities in target areas are implemented effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Support in the preparation of detailed implementation plans, timelines, and activity schedules.
- Keep the records of the project and do the proper data collection, establish project filing systems, update the relevant documents and files regularly pertaining to the project activities.
- Developed supervision and monitoring plan and conduct regular field visits according to the monthly supervision plan to supervise and monitor project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, standards, and Terms of Reference (ToR).
- Using supervisory / monitoring checklist in the following of each supervision session made action plan, and prepared feedback and have smooth follow up of the implementation of the submitted feedback.
- Supervise project staff and field teams in the execution of project tasks, providing guidance , quarterly appraising jointly with HR department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with the M&E team to implement quality monitoring tools, collect feedback, and recommend improvements for project implementation.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and risks in project delivery and escalate them to the Project Manager for timely action.
- Collect, verify, and compile accurate project data from field teams and ensure timely submission to the Project Manager and M&E team.
- Maintain a well-structured project filing and documentation system (both electronic and hard copy) for reports, attendance sheets, photos taken during the supervision, and other project-related records.
- Retrieve, analyze, and summarize data for project progress tracking and decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality weekly, and monthly narrative and statistical reports, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with donor requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of any Kabul office information, reports, success stories.
- Support the Project Manager in liaising with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders, community leaders.
- Arrange, coordinate, and document project meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between field teams, project staff, and management.
- Provide administrative support in procurement, HR, logistics, and financial procedures as per organizational policies.
- Monitor and ensure efficient use of office supplies, project resources, and assets allocated to the project team.
- Assist in the organization of training courses, capacity-building workshops, on the job trainings , exposure visits , and awareness sessions for project staff and beneficiaries.
- Support the Project Manager with any additional tasks related to project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Promote accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- The candidate must graduate from a well-known medical university and complete the MoPH exit exam successfully.
- Having 5 years of proven experience working as a health supervisors with national or international NGOs.
- Good knowledge of BPHS and MoPH policy of health services.
- Good knowledge and skills in communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
- Fluent in Pashto and Dari speaker and good knowledge of English.
- Having previous experience with the FHHs activities, with a focus on RMNCAH services.
- Priority will be given to qualified local candidates.
- Attended relevant training courses like IMCI, HMIS, Nutrition and IP.
- Familiar with reporting in DHIS and KOBO tools
