As we expand, we're searching for an experienced, results-driven Investor Relations and Social Media Specialist to oversee our operations and drive strategic growth.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Bidding Specialist with an IT background to join our team focused on Sam and Unison project bids. The successful candidate will leverage their IT knowledge to prepare, submit, and manage bids for new projects, ensuring compliance with all specifications and optimizing for success.Responsibilities:Research and analyze project requirements for Sam and Unison, focusing on IT-related aspects.
Prepare detailed, compelling bid proposals that highlight our technological strengths and meet client needs.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to gather necessary data, technical specifications, and documents.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT industry trends, competitors, and bidding strategies.
Track all bid submissions and outcomes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage timelines to ensure bids are submitted before deadlines.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed, often discussing IT solutions.Job Requirements:Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
Experience: At least 2 years in a bidding or proposal role, preferably in IT-intensive industries or projects.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical writing.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities from an IT perspective.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience with IT project management tools, bidding software, or similar applications is highly beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bids simultaneously.Soft Skills:Creative problem solver, particularly in IT contexts
