Conduct structured and semi-structured interviews with healthcare providers, nurses, and laboratory personnel.
Extract patient data from medical records using standardized tools (including demographics, symptoms, treatments, lab results, and outcomes).
Ensure strict ethical compliance and maintain confidentiality in all data collection processes.
Coordinate closely with hospital focal points, the principal investigator, and the central research team.
Accurately enter and regularly submit collected data using the provided templates or mobile applications.
Attend training sessions and follow-up meetings as required.
Provide weekly updates and a final summary report of data collection activities in the assigned province.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology, public health, nursing, medicine, or a related health science field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in data collection, research, or healthcare service delivery.
Familiarity with infectious diseases, especially hemorrhagic fevers, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with healthcare professionals and patients' families.
Knowledge of the local language of the province and basic English skills.
Strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining data confidentiality.
Residing in or willing to work full-time in the assigned province.
