Our operations follow strong compliance and internal control standards, and we invest in local talent through fair, merit-based hiring, professional development, and an inclusive workplace.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and cash books.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Manage payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Afghan regulations.Support financial audits (internal and external).Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure transparent transactions.Job Requirements:Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, MS Excel, etc.).Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills.Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English (speaking, reading, and writing).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Submission Guideline:Interested and qualified candidates are invited to send their CVs and cover letters to the following email addresses before the deadline:📧 javid.ghafoor@yamapetrol.com
